Immunization Schedules For All Ages
Each year, CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) reviews the recommended immunization schedule to ensure it remains current with changes in manufacturers’ vaccine formulations, revisions in recommendations for the use of licensed vaccines, and recommendations for newly licensed vaccines. This report presents the recommended immunization schedule for the United States.
It's important for every person to have a record of the immunizations they've received. If you or someone in your care does not have a record, it's never too late to start! Print off one of these records for your use.
Our thanks to the Immunization Action Coalition for the use of these blank immunization records.
